Adult Tap is on the up, and here at SSD we want to make this popular class accessible to all.
Whilst being a great social place to meet people and get involved, recent studies have shown that dance is also highly beneficial to the adult body. Our Adult Tap classes are suitable for all ages and abilities, from beginners to improvers and the more advanced.
